Description
Another speed bump in the iBook G4 line, the iBook G4 (Mid 2005) came in two configurations. The low-end 12.1” configuration ran at 1.33Ghz, had a 40Gb hard drive and 256Mb of RAM. It had a Combo drive. The high-end 14.1” configuration ran at 1.42Ghz, had a 60Gb hard drive and 512Mb of RAM. It had a Super Drive.
History
Continuing with their pattern of improving an existing line with speed bumps, the iBook G4 (Mid 2005) had faster processors. Airport Extreme and Bluetooth were now standard across the line. This release also saw the number of configurations reduced from three to two.

Timeline
